We reserve the right to decline any matter at our discretion, including where we consider that recovery is not feasible or that we are not well placed to assist.
Our free initial assessment is provided at no charge. If, following that assessment, we agree to act for you, the fees and any costs applicable to your matter will be clearly disclosed to you in writing before you enter into an engagement. You will have the opportunity to review and agree those fees before any chargeable work begins. We will not charge you fees that have not been disclosed and agreed in advance in your engagement agreement.

Victims of investment fraud are frequently targeted a second time by so called "recovery scams", in which fraudsters pose as recovery firms, law enforcement, regulators or lawyers and demand upfront fees, taxes or deposits in exchange for the promised return of lost funds.
